Manchester City fans are demanding the same player is sold after their dire run of form continued away at Juventus in the Champions League.
Following a 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest a week earlier and a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace over the weekend, City suffered a 2-0 defeat in Turin after second-half goals from Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie, putting them at serious risk of failing to progress to the Champions League knockout stages.
Pep Guardiola’s side controlled possession for long periods but struggled to find their rhythm in the attacking third and were once again let down by poor defending. Captain Kyle Walker was at fault for yet another costly mistake.
For the opening goal, where Vlahovic’s header barely crossed the line, Walker reacted too slowly to close down the cross after Ederson had saved an attempt from Federico Gatti.

The former Genoa player has been impressive for Juventus this season, but with a contract running until 2029, he is considered “unsellable” by the club. However, City are reportedly willing to pay “significant sums” to secure his signature. Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Arsenal are also said to be monitoring Cambiaso closely.
