Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard is attracting interest from Saudi Arabia.
Since joining the Gunners from Brighton & Hove Albion in January 2023, the 29-year-old has been outstanding, contributing to 31 goals in 71 appearances. football.london understands that Saudi Pro League club Al Ittihad have expressed interest in signing the Belgian and have submitted a €35 million (£29.4 million) bid ahead of the closing of the Saudi transfer window on Monday, September 2.
However, Arsenal are not keen on letting Trossard leave, with Mikel Arteta viewing him as a key player for the 2024/25 season. Al Ittihad are eager to secure a winger before the window closes, and it remains to be seen if they will return with an improved offer.
With Trossard turning 30 in December, one might question whether selling him for such a substantial fee makes sense.
