Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta had expressed optimism regarding the 25-year-old’s imminent return prior to the forthcoming international break; however, it is anticipated that Ødegaard will not be compelled to return to the field immediately.The Gunners have shared images of Ødegaard participating in the squad’s activities prior to their Champions League match against Inter Milan.

 

However, it is uncertain whether he will be included in the squad that travels to Italy. An Arsenal statement stated, “Our captain has been sidelined for two months due to an ankle injury sustained during international duty for Norway in September.

He was unable to participate in our subsequent 12 matches. However, he has re-joined the rest of our squad in preparation for our Champions League match against Inter Milan.”
