After more than six years at Manchester City, there have been recent reports that Kevin De Bruyne is leaving the team.
According to reports, Al-Nassr is getting ready to submit a bid to the English powerhouse.
Journalist Rudy Galetti claims that the Arab club has been in touch with the Belgian midfielder’s agent in an attempt to set up a meeting between the two sides.
Al-Nassr intends to persuade De Bruyne to join them by outlining their long-term strategy.
The contract De Bruyne now has with City expires in 2025. Although he has only played in one Premier League game this season because of the muscle injury he sustained in the first match against Burnley, he is still a vital member of Pep Guardiola’s team.
According to reports, City has halted negotiations for a new contract till he heals from his medical condition.
If Al-Nassr can persuade the 32-year-old, he would be just one of several football legends to relocate to the Middle East.
