Paul Pogba’s football career has faced significant challenges in recent years, culminating in a four-year suspension for a doping violation. Initially, the 31-year-old French midfielder appeared to have reached the end of his career following a failed doping test in 2023, resulting in a severe ban. However, after successfully appealing, Pogba had his suspension reduced to 18 months, offering a glimmer of hope for his return to the field. Despite this, his future at Juventus, the club he rejoined in 2022, looks uncertain.

Pogba’s second stint at Juventus has not unfolded as anticipated. Upon his return in July 2022, fans hoped the once-dominant midfielder would rejuvenate the squad. However, his position at Juventus remains in doubt. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the club is likely to terminate Pogba’s contract by mutual consent, which was initially set to expire in 2026. Juventus CEO Maurizio Scanavino has confirmed ongoing discussions with Pogba’s representatives, with an agreement anticipated soon.
