Kylian Mbappe’s mother has confirmed her son is on the verge of joining this Premier League club
Despite being elevated to the starting lineup recently, Kylian Mbappe’s future at Paris Saint-Germain remains uncertain.
After refusing to sign a contract extension, the French superstar was discharged from PSG’s first team earlier this summer. Despite the fact that the club legally declared him transfer-eligible, Mbappe is set to stay at Parc des Princes following Neymar’s move to Saudi club Al-Hilal.
The 24-year-old definitely wants to play for Real Madrid, which Paris Saint-Germain expected him to do for free the following summer, but no agreement has yet been reached.
And according to recent sources, the striker is frustrated that Madrid did not respond to his obvious attempt to force through a trade.
El Nacional reports that Mbappe’s mother, Fayza Lamari, who also serves as his sporting agent, is putting the finishing touches on two potential moves ahead of the January transfer window of the following year.
Manchester United to sign Kylian Mbappe?
As things stand, Mbappe’s second choice is to start talks with Manchester United at the end of the year. His first option is to go back and sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
According to the report, Mbappe will get the chance to lead the Red Devils into a new era as they try to dethrone rivals Manchester City from their enviable position of dominance.
It will be interesting to see if the Premier League powerhouses can provide Paris Saint-Germain’s number 10 with a significant salary deal.
